It progressively got worse. I went to see Dr. Nick at Flow Concierge Health Care. He did chiropractic adjustments, dry needling and gave me a few “corrective” exercises. I have always had issues with proprioception and mind-body connection, making simple things like sitting and walking feel deeply uncomfortable and complicated. I received some manual adjustments from Dr. Nick a couple of days ago, and my body feels more put-together than it has in several years.
