It progressively got worse. I went to see Dr. Nick at Flow Concierge Health Care. He did chiropractic adjustments, dry needling and gave me a few “corrective” exercises. After only a handful of visits, there are no symptoms going down my arm, and I’m able to hold my head up fully without neck or arm pain. Really thorough, very affordable, highly recommend!

I have always had issues with proprioception and mind-body connection, making simple things like sitting and walking feel deeply uncomfortable and complicated. I received some manual adjustments from Dr. Nick a couple of days ago, and my body feels more put-together than it has in several years.
