Dr. Nick Manteris at Flow Concierge Health Care was recommended to me by a family member. He did a consultation, examination and let me know what he thought the actual problem was. He recommended a “short trial of care” for six visits to see how I respond. He did chiropractic adjustments, dry needling, and some spine stability exercises. After four visits, I’m back to normal, pain is gone! Dr. Nick is good at what he does and he really cares about getting you better as quickly as possible. I highly recommend!

It progressively got worse. I went to see Dr. Nick at Flow Concierge Health Care. He did chiropractic adjustments, dry needling and gave me a few “corrective” exercises. After only a handful of visits, there are no symptoms going down my arm, and I’m able to hold my head up fully without neck or arm pain. Really thorough, very affordable, highly recommend!

I have always had issues with proprioception and mind-body connection, making simple things like sitting and walking feel deeply uncomfortable and complicated. I received some manual adjustments from Dr. Nick a couple of days ago, and my body feels more put-together than it has in several years. He takes his time by learning you as an individual then explaining the issues and process he uses each session!
